Chevre.

A fresh goat curd which is very lightly salted with a delicate and creamy flavour. This cheese pairs perfectly with tomatoes and basil or smoked salmon. It is delicious as a spread or dolloped on top of soup, pasta or risotto.

Pressed Chevre.

Our most popular product. Our pressed chevre is a delicate lactic curd cheese which is salted and pressed in squares –similar in texture and flavour to what Australians know as "Persian feta". We don’t add any marinade so the flavour of the goat cheese shines through and can be added to salads, pasta or tarts.

Marinated Feta.

A traditional textured feta, firm and crumbly with a delicious herb and garlic marinade. Perfect to toss through a salad - the oil works well as a dressing too.

Halloumi.

Our halloumi fries up to be crispy on the outside and soft and light in the middle. Not rubbery or too salty. We love it as is with a squeeze of lemon, in a burger or with eggs for breakfast.

Labne.

Our labne is a traditional middle eastern yoghurt cheese - tangy and salted. It is perfect as a dip with a pour of olive oil and dusting of dukkah, or served with grilled meats or sweet roasted vegetables.

Yoghurt.

A sour yoghurt that is hung and strained until very thick - a lot of milk goes into one tub! Can be used for sweet or savoury -  it's brilliant with a hot curry, used in place of sour cream or simply served with a drizzle of honey and fresh fruit.
